Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
After 14 days have elapsed from the delivery of the order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be accepted for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use.
Various types of products are exempt from being returned. Products that are intimate or sanitary products, chemical or liquid materials.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- DVD, software, video game that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at thegallerysurfshop@gmail.com and send your item to: Pasaje Villa Rosa 8, 29004 Málaga, Málaga, Spain.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the donor received the order to have it shipped later, we will refund the donor and he or she will find out on your return.
Shipment

Please note that The Gallery Surf Shop does not accept postage due, please contact us before making any changes.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by The Gallery Surf Shop.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
